Strange Hellish Overlord

Description

The Strange Hellish Overlord is a Heavy-only cosmetic that equips a horned skull helmet and, as a Strange item, tracks your in-game stats while worn. From the Terrifying Trove Collection, it turns the Heavy into the boss of brimstone.
