Non-Craftable Tribalman's Shiv

Description

The Non-Craftable Tribalman's Shiv is a Sniper melee weapon that causes enemies to bleed on hit, dealing damage over time. This version cannot be used in crafting; nick a target and let the wound do the talking while you line up your next shot.
