Non-Craftable Killstreak Soda Popper

Description

The Soda Popper is a Scout primary scattergun that builds Hype as you deal damage; when full, press Alt-Fire to enter Hype and perform multiple air jumps. It reloads its entire clip at once, keeping your momentum high between blasts. This non-craftable Killstreak variant tracks your kills during a life.
