Description

The Buffalo Steak Sandvich is the Heavy’s lunchbox consumable that, when eaten, speeds you up and turns your melee swings into mini-crits for 16 seconds while locking you to melee. Alt-fire tosses it to heal a teammate as a Medium Health Kit—bread optional, beefy brawls encouraged.
