Description

Strange Thermal Insulation Layer is a cosmetic for the Engineer that adds a hooded puffy vest, and its Strange quality tracks points as you play while wearing it. A community-made limited item from the Winter 2014 season, it outfits your shop-class tinkerer for chilly payload pushes.
