Strange Professional Killstreak Amputator

Description

The Strange Professional Killstreak Amputator is a Medic melee weapon that grants passive health regeneration while held and can heal nearby teammates via its taunt, in exchange for reduced damage. As a Strange Professional Killstreak variant, it tracks your kills and adds flashy killstreak effects as you carve a path through the fray.
