Strange Part: Full Health Kills

Description

This Strange Part attaches to a Strange weapon or cosmetic to track how many players you kill while at Full Health or Overhealed. On weapons, only kills made with that specific weapon will be counted. Keep your meters maxed and leave the enemy wondering how you stayed pristine.
