Strange Founding Father

Description

The Strange Founding Father is a Soldier cosmetic coat that gives him a colonial-era officer look, and its Strange quality tracks points you earn while wearing it. Button up the ruffled blouse and stride into battle like a powdered patriot with a rocket launcher.
