Strange Fleet Commander

Description

The Strange Fleet Commander is a cosmetic hat that gives your merc a pirate-captain look; as a Strange item, it tracks your in-match points while worn. Don the feathered tricorne and bark orders as you plunder checkpoints with skull-and-sabers swagger from the Terrifying Trove Collection.
