The Strange Flatliner is a head-slot cosmetic for the Medic with a futuristic visor and mask; as a Strange item, it tracks certain statistics while equipped. Part of the Summer 2020 Cosmetics Collection, its pulsing EKG display gives you the look of a battlefield resuscitator—“clear!” for teammates, “flatline” for foes.
