Strange Diplomat

Description

The Strange Diplomat is a Soldier-only cosmetic coat that dresses him in a red officer’s uniform with epaulets and a grenade bandolier; its Strange quality tracks your in-game performance as you play. Look like a battlefield ambassador who negotiates exclusively with rockets.
