Specialized Killstreak Escape Plan

Description

The Specialized Killstreak Escape Plan is a Soldier melee weapon that makes you run faster the lower your health while it’s out. While active you’re Marked For Death, so incoming damage becomes mini-crits. This Specialized Killstreak version also tracks your kills and adds a colored sheen during a streak.
