Specialized Killstreak Equalizer

Description

A melee pickaxe for the Soldier that deals more damage as your health drops, but it prevents you from being healed while it's out. As a Specialized Killstreak variant, it tracks kills and adds a colored sheen during streaks. When the chips are down, swing for the comeback.
