Non-Craftable Killstreak L'Etranger Kit

Description

A consumable kit that adds basic Killstreak tracking to the Spy’s L'Etranger. Apply it to your revolver to start counting streaks, and use Restore to remove a previous kit before changing; this version isn’t usable in crafting.
