Non-Craftable Fan O'War

Description

The Non-Craftable Fan O’War is a Scout melee weapon that marks enemies for death on hit, making them take mini-crits for a short time. Carry the winds of Gravel Pit and swat foes into the danger zone; this version cannot be used in crafting.
