Non-Craftable Eureka Effect

Description

The Eureka Effect is the Engineer’s melee wrench that builds and repairs structures and lets you teleport to spawn or your Teleporter Exit with a special action. This version is non-craftable. Flip the switch when things go south and vanish back to the toolbox in a flash.
