Haunted Shoestring Budget

Description

The Haunted Shoestring Budget is a Soldier-only cosmetic that swaps his boots for taped-up cardboard box shoes. This is the Haunted-quality version, a spooky seasonal edition often found during Halloween events. March to victory on makeshift soles and make frugality look fearless.
