The Loose Cannon is a Demoman primary that fires timed cannonballs with a 1-second fuse you can charge to detonate earlier. If a shot impacts and then explodes moments later, it triggers a Double Donk mini-crit on the victim. This Festivized Specialized Killstreak version adds holiday lights plus a killstreak counter and sheen.
