Air Exchanger

Description

The Air Exchanger is a Pyro-only cosmetic headgear that gives a hooded gas mask look; it’s purely visual and provides no gameplay advantage. Part of the Spectral Stash Collection, it seals the firebug behind steel and foggy glass for spooky shifts.
