Strange Part: Underwater Kills

Description

Strange Part: Underwater Kills is a consumable upgrade that lets a Strange weapon or cosmetic count how many foes you defeat while they’re fully submerged. On weapons, only kills made with that weapon add to the tally—ideal for river brawls, well dives, and hydro ambushes.
