Strange Part: Medics Killed That Have Full ÜberCharge

This Strange Part attaches to a Strange-quality weapon or cosmetic to track how many Medics you kill while they have a full ÜberCharge; on weapons, only kills made with that weapon are counted. Turn would-be miracle saves into bragging rights every time you drop a charged Medic.
