Genuine Blind Justice

Description

Genuine Blind Justice is a Demoman cosmetic that swaps his eyepatch for a polished lawman’s badge; it’s purely visual with no gameplay effects. Lay down the law with a gleam and a grudge, even if justice is a little off to the side.
