Non-Craftable Phlogistinator

Описание

The Non-Craftable Phlogistinator is a Pyro primary flamethrower that builds an “Mmmph” meter as you deal fire damage, which you can trigger for a short burst of critical firepower; this version cannot be used in crafting. Stoke the flames, fill the meter, and let the lab-coat’s pride roar.
