Third Degree Strangifier

Descripción

The Third Degree Strangifier is a tool that turns a Third Degree into a Strange weapon, letting it track kills. Apply it to a Third Degree; if the weapon is Normal quality, it upgrades to Strange. Give your Pyro a running tally of who got whacked through the flames.
