Strange Count Transfer Tool

Descripción

The Strange Count Transfer Tool lets you add the Strange stats from one item onto another Strange item of the same base type, then resets the donor's count to zero. Only Strange Parts with a match on the target are transferred and zeroed. Great for merging milestones into your go-to gear.
